British gas engineer came and disconnect our shower stating that the electrical cable connecting the shower unit was too short and is dangerous He disconnected the shower, He said we should try and get it connected to our combi boiler instead of the electric. As we have a special need son we would appreciate a quote and get it sorted ASAP

Installation of the unit was done with minimum disruptions to our rooms. The plastic water pipers were left exposed in my son's bedroom with expanding foam not been done properly and was left half sealed around the gaps to pipes with sealant mess left on the laminated floor. A day later large brown watermarks appeared on the kitchen ceiling. The next day there was heard water dripping from the boiler. We called out the gas board and they turned off the boiler. No hot water/central heating.
