I engaged Mr William R Buckley (also known as Nick) initially to apply a finishing coat to two flat roofs which was fine. He then provided a quotation for two high level roofs. A leak occurred on the same day which I reported. I arranged for a roof survey by a member of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) which confirmed that all the work Mr William R Buckley had undertaken had either not been done or done to a incorrectly/to a poor standard. I am now taking the issue to court.

Over this past weekend, the weather has revealed multiple points where water is making its way into the building. One of them has filled a commercial size dustbin overnight. Had work done about a year and a half ago and again having the same repeated issues. What was used on previous job was with fibreglass Cromapol Instant waterproofing
