One of our bedroom has a small bump starting to develop and thats exactly the same part which leading to fire place. Apparently no tile crack but no to complete block off chimney part of the roof.

I engaged Mr William R Buckley (also known as Nick) initially to apply a finishing coat to two flat roofs which was fine. He then provided a quotation for two high level roofs. A leak occurred on the same day which I reported. I arranged for a roof survey by a member of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) which confirmed that all the work Mr William R Buckley had undertaken had either not been done or done to a incorrectly/to a poor standard. I am now taking the issue to court.
