Also re-pointed roof edges where damaged. Efficient and prompt, job was completed and all mess taken away. Oh and a fair price. We have removed the fireplace but handyman hasnt cut off the ceiling part probably so water may be dripping from chimney extract into the roof. One of our bedroom has a small bump starting to develop and thats exactly the same part which leading to fire place. Apparently no tile crack but no to complete block off chimney part of the roof.

When we took the wallpaper off the plaster in bathroom was loose(on the outer wall),we removed the loose plaster then went over it with mortar and was planning to plaster and redecorate,then we noticed this wet area when it rained,it then dries,then reappears when it rains we've,we've looked outside and the possible cause is the gutter/roof/pointing.

Jake is very reliable,friendly,trustworthy,courteous and polite. He turned up on time and shown us the eps system and explained how it works. Single car garage in a row of five with adjoining garages on both sides. Built in mid 1970’s out of brick. Corrugated roof and supporting cross beams needs replacement. Back outside wall has considerable damage due to water flowing from faulty drainage. Needs rebricked or rendered (have photographs if requested) Guttering needs repaired/replaced. Garage door is ok but surrounding pvc borders needs replacing.
