This builder did the first job tiling my bathroom floor was happy with job but not finish last pieces of work leaving the toilet leaking, seemed more interested in the bigger jobs which I decided to give him, seemed reasonable priced but while doing the work he said there were faults from the previous builder which he would have to do more work. charged me ?500.00 for labour and materials later realised he cheated me not purchasing items. gave no receipt for any jobs, and not taking my calls.
