1) Install window restrictors to some windows in the flat ( already purchased) 2) Install smoke alarm inside flat ( already purchased) 3 ) Secure door entrance lock to flat which is apparemtly a bit loose so not closing properly 4) Check two electrical heaters which apparently are not working now This is for a tenant. I'm the landlord and will pay for the work. Would like the work carried out on Saturday 19th of April.
