I need some maintenance work doing for my small take away food shop in Southwark se1.
Here are the list below:
Relocate a hand basin.
Install new fresh air vent (electric) in toilet.
Replace toilet engaged lock.
Fit a door closure in toilet.
Replace 2.6mtr work top with the current sink.
Replace another 600mm work top plus the floor board 1mtr and fit tiles on them.
Fill up gaps, holes, cracks & broken wall tiles 4-6 tiles.
