Brickwork
1) remove satellite dish and cover and seal holes - they are causing a leak
2) seal holes in brickwork under back door

handyman work
3) cover holes under kitchen unit where nice are getting in
4) put up shelf within kitchen unit

Wood work
5) replace panel in back door (remove panel with cat flap and replace with wood) wood needed

Plumbing work
6) stop dripping tap
7) bleed all radiators
