Replace steps from back door to patio plus add handrails.

1. Replace broken wooden steps with new stone/brick steps leading from single kitchen back door to patio (approx 2 steps - 36in long x8in high and designed to go around drain pipes) with one handrail.

2.Also install one new handrail on existing stone steps leading from patio to garden. (3 high steps).
