I have recently moved into this house and the front wall is an old arrangement of flags laid on each other. There is a conifer hedge (3 ft tall) behind it. I need the hedge removing completely and a proper wall building The distance is about four metres. The new wall will be quite low, as it will need to match neighbours (I have a semi detached bungalow)
