Leaking bathroom and flushing system

I have a bathroom leak in my first floor converted flat. The leak result in big patch of damp in the downstair. One possible cause of the problem is the flushing system of the toilet because the tank was filling near enough constantly. I had the plumming in the toilet replaced and now the toilet doesn't fill. There are still slight leaks around toilet (wetting a towel overnight).

So basically two parts of the job:

Identify where the leak is.

Fixing the flushing system.

It will probably need an initial inspection before giving a quote, but an estimate would be great (labour/material)

P.S There's a unrelated issue with the dishwasher as it won't drain, could be due to a blocking pipe, tried the supermarket unblocker and it doesn't work and I don't have the tool to pump the water out. anybody with relevant experiences?
