Summer the best time really to paint the outside for a better finish. If you are going to paint in the winter use Dulux weather shield quick dry undercoat 2.5l for about 15 pounds or look for the 5 litre28 pounds and for the paint depends on the colour go for a weather shield. I hop this helped
