If the mixer is over 3 years old it may need replaced, especially if it's a budget one
Possible low pressure or limescale build up in shower head.
maby there is a valve off or its a plumbing mistake
Either pipework is crossed to shower unit or thermostat is faulty or preassure issue...
could be piped wrong, are there any isolation valves shut off going to showers, are the showers new and or suitable for a combi
Possibly isolation values shut off on hot water feed to showers
First floor showers will need to have a pump if hot water flow rate is low.
Gravity is the cause
Get a plumber to look into it, probably the pump is gone.
Main reasons;
1) Not connected to water system
2) Have they got isolators and if so are they open
3) Shower Valves Faulty
4) Shower Filters Blocked
5) Insufficient water pressure
