show/aerator attachment for mixer tap?
I'm renting a flat which has a mixer tap in the kitchen like this one
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bristan-VAC-SNK-MT-Monobloc/dp/B00B9IZMXC/ref=sr_1_86?crid=3L9LWTCERIKT9&dchild=1&keywords=tap%2Battachment%2Bsink%2Bkitchen&qid=1609096831&sprefix=tap%2Battachemnt%2Caps%2C182&sr=8-86&th=1
The problem is the water pressure is quite high, and when I turn the tap on, it splashes everywhere.
The nozzle seems to be plastic and welded to the tap. Is there anything I could attach onto this kind of tap, which would improve it?
You can start by reducing the cold water pressure feed coming into your home.
Cold water supply enters your home and can usually be found under your sink or in a downstairs closet etc.
Find it and you will see it has a valve you can turn (called a stopcock).
The amount of water pressure you have in your home can be decreased (or increased) by turning the stopcock. Turn the valve clockwise to reduce pressure and opposite to increase it.
As you open/close the valve, you can regulate the pressure to your liking.
