Removal of large hedge and replace with boundary fence

We have a large Leylandii hedge along our garden border which is approximately 9f H x 3f W x 80f L. Our garden is sloped with the only exit to street via a utility room with standard door entries. We want to have this hedge removed and a maximum height timber fence with concrete posts and gravel boards in place, also our rear border needs replacing with like fencing approximately 8m L. We are looking for ballpark costing. Many thanks

Any professional Tree surgeon would not be able to quote for this job without seeing it first. There is a lot of variables involved in this job that would affect the price. Conifers create a lot of rubbish so how much growth they have on them along with they are on a slope but the main factor would be that they need to go through the property. I would always insist on coming to see the job in order to give an accurate quote.

To remove a leylandii hedge that large you would need access for a digger to dig out the roots as they have huge roots it would not be suitable to put in a fence without removing them properly.
