Variations to the original price were , agreed fairly with no difficulty and Ben is very amiable and a pleasure to work with. An excellent subcontractor. ”

Answers:

Hi there you need to first make sure the bathroom floor is sealed i.e. maybe marine ply wood or watever so it doesn't happen again , then retile or watever it is you want . i suggest call floor layer for this first . then you will either need to call a plasterer to sort out the ceiling or which by the sounds of it you will need too either replace the whole ceiling or just patch it in . u/they will need to find the wooden joists to screw the new plasterboards too first then screw the board ( fire board preferably as it in a kitchen ) to the joists .
then you finish with plaster , hope this helps
thanks b&d plastering
It can be done as it is only being feathered in but it is only if the paper is really stuck/sound on the wall ... i always remove the paper personally because it can bubble up and cause problems ...
hope this helps

Hi there this is where the plasterers have used a brush in the corners , all us plasterers do it but normally trowel it out . but shouldn't be that much of a problem if you just lightly run a little sandpaper down the edges first before the mis coat .. if it's really bad and still isn't smooth after that then this would mean it is a poor job ... call them back if you are not happy with it . i'd always gladly give advice to all my customers and help them where i could , or go back if necessary...
hope this helps

Silk paint is always good in the bathroom but i'd just purchase specific bathroom paint as it needs to deflect moisture.. you can buy these paints from all major diy stores ...
hope this helps

You need a plastering/rendering firm to do this type of job , we run a plastering company and specialise in all types of render applications , from standard / flat render , silicon render to pebble dash .
hope this helps
