We first started painting and decorating full time and we evolved into a handyman service doing all sorts round the customers homes we are skilled in internal and external painting and decorating, carpentry hanging door, skirting boards, Garden maintenance and landscaping no job is to big or small

Hello just running silicone in the inside won’t solve the problem you just hiding it for the wood to go rotten over time somwhere around the shed it’s not properly connected hence why you’ve got water coming through it needs to be properly assessed before just doing this and that especially after just 6 weeks that’s hardly nothing compared to most sheds that stand for ever 15 years and then just start to have a leak hope this advice is useful to you thank you

lounge: sand down walls lining paper £210 to paint the room including the ceiling £180 woodwork £70
dining room: remove woodchip wallpaper £130 sand down walls and lining paper £210 and then to paint including the ceiling £180 then the woodwork £70
kitchen: paint ceiling £90
hall stairs and landing: to strip everything would be between £180-£210 then to have it lining papered between £380-£440 then to have them painted including the ceiling between £310-£370 and then the woodwork £120-£140
total = 2,300
and that is for just labour you would have to provide all the materials but that’s just going off what you have wrote down on here without actually seeing the job it could be abit more could be a lot less but that’s just roughly going off what i can see thank you i hope this is useful

you just need a joiner to come out and have a look you wouldn’t know what the problem is till you lifted the carpet, laminate flooring whatever is down to see what the condition of the floorboards are like if there has been water damage before the wood might have rotated hanse why it might be creaky and bouncy sometimes or it might just not be fastened down to your joices you wouldn’t know till you had a look hope this is helpful

yes wallpapering over caulk is fine just ensure you let it dry first and lightly sand down any bumps that you may see on the wall before you wallpaper it
