Depends how high the garage is but generally if its under 8foot then no
Breeze blocks are very pourous and will absorb moisture and water . do not leave unprotected for long as will cause damp to grow inside the dwelling not outside . suggest you cover with plastic until u can redo the render on the outside or paint the breeze blocks with water proof bitumen tar paint
Could possibly be a leak causing the damp . but could also be faulty damp proofing in brickwork or faulty dpm under flooring .
If its a supporting wall then removing it wiill be difficult you will need to prop the building with acro's to support the wieght above before removing any load bearing walls a proper plan and strategy should be in place to ensure safety at all times . the boiler is gas works and will need moving and cutting off prior to any walls being removed . once the wall is removed and youve put down padstones and steels rsj's will need be put in place to hold the wieght above .all brickwork will need be adjusted and made secure before padstones and steels go in . hope this helps . but yes you can open plan your kitchen
Double check the boiler is not connected to any electrical water or gas works . ensure they arent connected before removing anything . aslong as it has been made safe to remove by a corgi registered trademan . then any competant person can then take it off .
