How can i get rid of roller marks on newly pladtered walls?

Use sand paper with a fine grit or wipe the surface down with sandpaper or go over the streaks lightly with some more paint

Lick paint on gloss

If you sand off the majority of the gloss paint then you can regress without using a primer
