Remove the existing upvc wall and any necessary fixtures, such as electrical outlets or light switches.

extend the foundation: you may need to excavate the area where you plan to extend the conservatory by digging down to the required depth for a foundation, 1000mm. pour concrete into the excavated area to create the new foundation.

build up the new wall once the foundation is complete, you can begin to build the new timber wall/frame up to the desired height. ensure that the wall is properly anchored to the foundation and that any openings, such as windows or doors, are properly framed and flashed to prevent leaks.
Expanding foam can be used as an alternative to sealant to fill gaps around the door or window frames, it is not recommended for use in place of mortar or compo as it is not designed to provide structural support.

brickwork above a lintel requires a strong and stable bond between the bricks and the lintel to prevent the bricks from sagging or moving over time. traditional mortar or compo provides this support and helps to distribute the weight of the brickwork evenly across the lintel.
The concrete blocks are not waterproof, so if you have removed the old rendering and have not applied a new layer of waterproofing material, your wall will not be completely waterproof.
It is possible for rising damp to occur on inner walls, it may indicate a problem with the damp-proof course because that should prevent moisture from rising up through the walls.

another possible causes of damp on an inner wall could be condensation.
