u can brick around the air vent so the air can still flow and block around the bricks

You will need to get in touch with bbc pub il to ask permission for a drop kirb before u look at driveway off road parking etc regarding cost i would need to know m2 but i think the drop kirb u should get installed for anywhere between £2500 and £1750 plus vat
