Initially, was not straight forward with liaising with the tradesman proved difficult, but once I got a proper contact it was smooth sailing. I must say during the appraisal of the job required and during the job itself was really good, they were able to work with and around my schedule also depending on my availability this was really helpful for me and kept me rest assured they put their customer at the heart of their trade, only thing is they can be pricey, but they are open to negotiation.

We had 2 small jobs many building firms wouldn't even consider. I was so glad when Paul replied to our post. He said he would come over on Saturday but the weather was so bad I didn't blame him for cancelling. He promised to come on Sunday at 1pm. I telephoned my son to delay sunday lunch as we had high hopes of a visit. We were still waiting at 2.30pm. We text him but no reply. Another 3 days wasted and back to square 1 had high hopes after reading reviews.consider customers.

He (together with workmate Ben) turned up when he said he would, did everything he said he would (and more) for the quoted price and left the place tidy. Him and Ben are coming back to decorate most of the house later this month. What more can I say?
