1935 bungalow wakefield. Cast iron gutter all round would like removing and cleaning. Guttering is tatty but solid no holes. Sand blasted or chemical dipped and then recoated or specialy painted And refitted. Timber barge boards etc seem in good condition but tatty, but would require inspection first. House size is 12m x12m with downpipes etc. If barge board need replacing at inspection then factored into price etc. Guttering and drainage is not fault just tatty. Lady would like job finishing smartly as is not making house look attractive. Job to be completed as soon as possible. Flat roof summerhouse reroof job also available at house. The house is situated on a slight lower level and when it is raining, a lot of water gathers at the front corner with no where to drain to. Also at the back yard rain water tends to gather into a puddle . I am worried this is causing damp in the house. There are possibilities to create drains to solve the problem , but need someone to check it first.

Mark responded very quickly and seemed enthusiastic to get the job done. On near completion, Mark was waiting for a part to arrive, he gave me his bank details with the agreed payment. Since he nearly completed the job, in good faith I paid him the full amount. Mark promised he will send me the invoice and also tidy up some of the work he left untidy. From that moment Mark has disappeared. I have sent him emails, but not a word came back. I am so disappointed!! He is not to be trusted- SAD:(

Arrived promptly.Very Polite. Bit of a mix up re cost but all resolved amicably. cleaned the gutter adequately but had no equipment other than ladder and gloves. Used my bucket and hosepipe to remove debris. My only negative comment is that I think scrapers and hose etc should be provided to assist with the cleaning and I did feel as though I was directing the cleaning as I had to request hosing out of the gutter after debris removal as I could see dirt residue - I am happy with the service.
