He first of all started talking me thru to see if I can deal with it myself cos he did not want me to spend money. That endeared me to him. I saw a very kind soul. Very punctual with time. He took his time testing and he was carrying me alone on what he was doing and why he was doing it. He figured the problem out, He returned next day and got me sorted out.
