I would like to obtain a quote for the following work. Details of the property: 1-bed Victorian conversion flat, built around 1900s Services required: 1) Mains electricity is connected with the meter and consumer unit located in a 3 cupboard off the first floor landing. The consumer unit is of a dated pattern and lacks up-to-date safety features.
