I gave Szilard a lot more work than the garden fence as my original post, for which he was paid in cash at his request, with a large tip. His work was good, overall, and he completed within the quoted time-scale. He was asked to return to see to the sealant around the kitchen sink, which began to crack and peel away within a week of the jobs being completed in early August. That was two months ago and I am still waiting. He flies off the handle very quickly which can also be an issue.

I have the 9 fence panels, concrete posts and the gravel board so the quote is for labour and you must have the equipment to do the job such as drill, digger to get into existing concrete/cutting concrete posts and board

The result is superb - he provided a very high standard of work indeed. He also went the extra mile to stay late into the evening to tidy everything and take away the debris with him.
