Well where shall I start..Mark has done a terrible job in my son's bedroom, I paid Mark without inspecting his work as I was at work, He has done terrible job with the plastering(seems like done by 10 year old minor) and the wardrobe job it's horrendous sliding doors are falling out everytime We are sliding, it's not safe for my son to open, the finish is like done by untrained person, absulately horrendous!!!!! Not only that left terrible mess on my drive and left rubbish in my house hold bin.

We have a staircase that has been badly fitted by another builder. Since he has gone off the job we have learn he not only did not fit stairs correctly he also did not allow for head height for regulations. We are now left with trying to put this right. Firstly we need a builder to sort out the head height regulations then we need a carpenter/joiner to fit the stairs correctly. We are looking to get this job done after Christmas but as we have been let down by other tradesmen please don not say you can start this job if you have no intention of turning up. We have been let down so many times now we don not want anymore time wasters. Thank you.

Over priced and did not finish job, out of pocket by £800. I have reported all to Birmingham tax. Reply from tradesperson: We always ask customers to buy materials and give a labour price. We take money after each stage is completed to pay us or other trades. How on earth you could possible be robbed is beyond me. All that is left on job is tiling which you added on extra. I also put your sink cupboard up for free as a kind gesture.

A pleasant workman with good standards. The work he could do that day was carried out. He had to return to complete the work. Due to other busy commitments, he had to rearrange dates and times.
