Many odd jobs from external brick repair to wallpapering

3 stipulations: 1: I won't be paying a deposit 2: I will be paying cash on completion 3: I am on a budget so I might do one job at a time if it's too expensive so could do with 1 or 2 quotes for all the jobs and then small quotes for each job if my budget is no where near enough --------- Small end terrace requires many jobs in order of priority: OUTSIDE: A) Locate route cause and repair leak in brickwork B) point up bricks where they are bad on wall (possible further pointing up if price is good) C) supply and fit small metal gate to front of property D) paint top half of front cream wall paint (this is on top of old cream stipple paint- needs brightening up) only 1 floors worth as downstairs is bare brick E) replace loose tiles on roof and straighten up ones which have moved. Including replacing front plastic guttering from grey to black (3metres worth) F) quote for new wooden gate and surround for bcd alley- NOTE it's a shared gate so I'll need neighbour to pay up half so this job might never happen) INSIDE: G) strip 2 downstairs reception rooms and decorate with cream plain wallpaper on 3 Walls and patterned on 1 wall. 1 of these rooms includes stair wall upstairs. Include ceilings in quote but might just ask for a White paint coat on ceilings instead to save money H) either supply and fit or I'll supply a remnant and require fitting for a Lino floor in bathroom I) same as H but carpet for stairs and landing. Will need 1brass door clip as got 2others already. J) house is already rewired but I broke a light fitting- have a new one so just need it fitting -10min job but no idea how so could be done while decorating if knowledge of electrics. Garage Conversion

Garage Conversion. Needs garage door taking off and bricking up, window where garage door was and another door into the garden. Flooring and plasterboarding required.

make single doorway into double doorway

doorway from living room into dining room to be made into double door size, (approx 3feet into 6feet). this is a load bearing wall. Electrics and water pipes have been moved. To replace skirting boards etc. where required and plaster up and make good where needed. Possibly to put in folding doors or leave ready to put in doors in future.

Repair flat roof porch, and repair damp brickwork

We have a small flat roof porch attached to our house, the roof has been leaking and water has got into brickwork on outside wall of the porch!!! Plaster/render on inside is coming off and wooden cladding covering the porch needs replacing!!! The gas and electricity meters are in there so it needs doing. We believe the roof and roofing boards will need replacement

Fit studded walls and doorway

Fit 2 internal non-brick walls and a doorway to form a room where previous owner took it out.

Replace lintel, repair brickwork

For a 1200mm ground floor window (kitchen); fit/replace lintel above window and re-fit x10 bricks above window. Fault description, a pyramid of bricks (rows of 4,3,2 and 1) have dropped and are compressing the kitchen window. It looks to me as if there is no lintel present!

General Building Work

1. In the front room we need some floorboards replacing. 2. Plaster boarding the cellar ceiling. Also plaster it too. 3. Replacement of some internal doors. 4. Bedroom needs chimney taken out and room needs plastering with new skirting boards as required. New electrical plug sockets too.

Rendering over pebble dash on outside shed

We have just had External wall Insulation on our propety and would now like the shed endering so it looks the same. Also there is a small area of garden to be concreted

To remove stone effect fire Place make good ready to plaster make new doorway in living room to pantry remove all waste materials.

Remove 2 doors put a new one in and remove part of a wall

2 doors and frames need removing a new door and frame need putting in and a wall (plasterboard) needs about 3 feet removing and 2 light switches moving.

I have made a small bathroom upstairs and need a window adding into the brick wall. It only needs to be a small window with opening

External door canopy either needs to be made good or removed.

Manhole repair

Lever floor to manhole cover and rebuild

Window replaced with patio doors radiator moved

Remove living room window and replace with patio doors also remove and refit living room radiator as it's at present under the window.then replaster.and and put a step outside

Build steps down from French doors

Disabled person needs steps from French doors from the sitting room to the patio. Roughly 2 feet. Hopefully just two steps with a rail onto the patio.

Need 2 bedrooms knocked into one, some rewiring.
