Change a toilet seat

Change a toilet seat. I am unable to unscrew the previous seat and I'm blocked. I have bought the new seat already.

Take down small build scaffolding, about half hour 21mm dril

Ten foot high roughly 4 standing poles and 3 planks of wood on top. Small job to just take down the scaffold built canopy. Requires 21mm head drill and ladder. I've got £65 for half hour job

Put up shelves and coathooks

Put up two IKEA shelves (these come with brackets). Drill holes for and fix two coathooks into the back of a bedroom door.

Dog kennel needs putting together please

The dog kennel arrived in parts and I need it put together. There are no instructions but there is a picture and the parts are labelled where they need to be

Mirror-faced siding door wardrobe in need of repairs

Mirror-faced siding door wardrobe in need of repairs. Both doors have come off their rails and cannot open/shut. At least one wheel has broken off from the sliding mechanism. Require the sliding mechanism to be fixed. Additionally, there's an approx 10cm crack in the mirror in the lower right-hand corner of one of the doors. Great if that could also be fixed or masked some how, as well as small dents along the corners. Doors are approx 220cm x 90cm.

Kitchen Sink Refit

Our kitchen sink has come away from its housing. It was not installed correctly in the first place. We need someone to permanalty fix it by bolting it (drilling) into the marble coutertop. There is also some light plumbing where a hose is slighting bent... I am unsure what is wrong, but there is some water leaking. The images are from before it came away, but to give you an idea.

The holes in the outdoor wall need to be done with a 12mm drill bit and a strong masonry drill. There’s 6 holes to do.

Paint for 2 rooms walls + installing shelves & curtain rails

We need two rooms (one wall in each room and the ceiling) to be painted following some damage due to a leak. The leak has been fixed and the dampness has dried so should be fine to paint now. Also need some filling and paint work on another wall where a shelf broke and fall. I would need a handyman who can provide and fix 2 shelves for the kitchen and curtain rails for 2 rooms. Bad smell in bathroom and skylight

We have an unpleasant smell coming from either pipes or external ventilation fan in the bathroom. We think the autumn leaves have gone into the pipe and we would like help in diagnosing and solving the issue. Separately, one of our skylights has a leak and we would like to fix this.

Remove overgrown ivy from wall and roof of 2 storey terraced house. I will be able to send photos.

Fit two new Ventian blinds

The two old blinds need to be taken down and taken away, and the new blinds fitted in their place. I will need the job done in two weeks time.

Floating wall shelves

I have 6 floating shelves to be hang on the wall. I have detailed instructions how to assemble them. It can be installed on the wall seamlessly with the screws and cloaking metal plates. Will require a drill. This is 1-2 hours job for the afternoon during the week. I am looking for someone available Monday-Tuesday.
