There is damp getting in somewhere from a cover between 2 large external double glazed windows. I need sealant around this cover to see if it stops the damp. If this works I might need help with a little decorating later on.

I will buy the 3 parts for kitchen, need them fitting. The current hob is gas, need to replace it with an electric hob. Also need old dishwasher and sink removed and new ones fitted in. I have 5 lights that have gone and need the sockets looking at. Some of the sockets keep blowing the lights, so changing bulb isn't fixing the problem.
