the floor board in the bathroom (Approx, 4 mtr/sq) and in an area of the kitchen (Approx, 3 mtr/sq) need replacing, possibly caused due to waste water somehow got ingested over a period of time on to the chipboards, some supporting joists may also need replacing in both of the these areas Perhaps. My budget is £3000 which include replacement of parts. I would like work to start sometime in and around second week in January.
