Jay came to fix a leak on my toilet flush, which required my toilet being taken out to get to the leak and then replaced and sealed, he spent time making sure it was fixed perfectly. He also replaced loose pipes under my bathroom sink and fitted a ceiling light for me. All work was completed to a high standard.
