We had radiator pipe leaking as a result of my previous builder's mistake. They refused to come to fix even though they provided 12 months guarantee. I had no choice but looked for some other people to help. I felt very fortunate to meet Matthew. He came as early as he came because he knew I couldn't use boiler as a result of the pipe leaking. He came in the evening and fix the leaking. I really appreciated his help and will certainly ask for his help in the future. Highly recommended.

Hot and cold water pipes were fitted incorrectly. He re- fitted the pipes while communicating what he was doing. Very professional and polite. Job was done satisfactory. Hello, quick job for someone. We have an old pipe in the bathroom sticking out a couple of inches that's been capped off. We are not sure what it was, either water or gas. It needs cutting off flush at the wall so we can tile.

I currently have no hot water coming from my bath or shower. I have a pump fitted and the pump just is not kicking in.

This plumber was employed to fix a non working shower pump. He did, what we thought was a good job. Over the last 2-3 weeks, it seems the problem of the pump not working/not producing hot water has reared its head again. I have attempted to contact this plumber to see to the issue, and he has ignored all my correspondence- Despite him promising his work was guaranteed for two years. It's a shame that such a disappointing amateur is able to take people's money and not honour their contract.
