Brickwork job in Sheerness

I started building an office in my back garden but I am not a bricklayer and need it done within the next week, I can provide a key to the back gate but don't have an external water source or I am happy for it to be done over weekends. The are is approximately 2.6m x 2.7m and I need it built up to 2.2m it has approximately 7-8 bricks high all round. I should have enough bricks and I have approximately 14 bags of building sand and 7 bags of cement.
