A lovely guy, very helpful and respectful. Jason came the next day, gave me a quote, which I accepted, and my fusebox was upgraded and wiring renewed for bathroom light within a few hours. Another electrician told me that earth bonding was required but Jason didn't take advantage of this and told me that there was already bonding to both water and gas pipes. He also checked my smoke alarms, without being asked, in case they were out of date (which, thankfully, they weren't).

Then i had to go through a process of them checking and double checking to make sure make sure every thing would meet code. Then the job was certified i'm very happy with this company the after completion feedback from this company is spot on they wanted to know of any prolems they could fix ,i had none but i have booked them to do a few more jobs. I'm very happy.

I did see the selections when Peabody’s electrician was fitting the lighting but the wrong one was chosen and I’ve been regretting it ever since. I am well aware of the extent of the job and it is the limited pride I still have, which sees me avoid requesting Peabody adjust the lighting again. A quote for the job would be much appreciated.

A second job was mentioned to Joshua after advertising the first. Because of the speed of completing the advertised job, Joshua did not charge me for an additional hourly-rate to carryout the second job – only a small amount for the extra work.

2 wall heaters - that lay back to back on each side of a wall - will not turn on. This issue has occurred before and at that time, it was a broken wire to the main fuse box (close by). Also, the intercom buzzer doesn’t work in the upstairs unit but again, this happened before and the issue was a wire connecting to the fuse box.
