I would then like a sky cable running in to the attic and a tv cable running down to the rear of the tv both through the wall void. I would also like a plate added that can allow me to run the HDMI cables through the wall.

A lovely guy, very helpful and respectful. Jason came the next day, gave me a quote, which I accepted, and my fusebox was upgraded and wiring renewed for bathroom light within a few hours. Another electrician told me that earth bonding was required but Jason didn't take advantage of this and told me that there was already bonding to both water and gas pipes. He also checked my smoke alarms, without being asked, in case they were out of date (which, thankfully, they weren't).

I need to get a electric fitting installed in the first floor landing area on the ceiling. The ceiling is not very high and can be easily reached using a 2-step ladder that I can provide. The electic fitting that needs to be installed is a hanging fixture and will require to be attached to the ceiling using a little clamp so the weight of the same could be supported. There is already a functioning light fixture in the ceiling which needs to be replaced by this and there may already be a clamp inside (left by the previous owner of the house) but I am not entirely sure since I have not opened to look inside.
