I am looking for quotes for the following work - I need the floor tiles on the downstairs floor of my house relaid (these are tiles that sit on top of the concrete floor and below the vinyl) and then vinyl flooring laid down on top. Or possibly have a latex self-leveling screed laid down instead of the tiles. I will supply the vinyl but not the tiles/screed. The area is approx 10x4m. The job I would like you to do consists in: - Removal of existing flooring in living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms and disposal/clearance - Fit engineered wood flooring (not changing skirting boards in living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms (total area is about 70sqm). - Remove carpet in the staircase, fill, sand down and paint wooden steps. With his team he laid about 70sqm of solid wood floor, painted walls of the entire flat and restored the staircase. His attention to details made sure that the outcome was great. If something didn't come out perfect, he was happy to spend more time on it until i was happy. Totally recommended!
