I need someone to create four apertures (300mm x 300mm square for legal purposes) to a boxed space covering/hiding a boiler flue run of 11.5ft (3.5m) and then cover them with vents which can be removed/opened on a hinge when necessary. This is to ensure visual Gas Safety inspections can be carried out annually. Please note the height of the boxed plasterboard area is approx 12.5ft high so a ladder will be required. Also a couple of window handles have become a bit loose, and two small pieces of white uPVC architrave are needed to bridge gaps either side of a window, left from removing a dado rail.
