After a recent change of flush and fill valves the water no longer flows all the way round the front of the bowl, which it did before. So the bowl isn't properly flushing. I would like someone to get the water flowing all the way around the bowl by fixing the existing valves, or fitting new ones that do flush all the way around.

I have moved into a newly built property 3 years ago. Unfortunately, an outside tap had not been fitted at the time which makes garden and outside jobs hard. Small terraced out, currently rented out, there is a leak (small one) making the ceiling damp. Leak probably comes from the T junction between bathtube and sink. Access will probably need to be gained from the ceiling, but ideally we would want a less invasive operation.
