Said he would come back with right ladders next day but didn't arrive as he was still having problems with transport. Told us each day for almost a week that he was coming to fix the repair but didn't show up on any of them as he was still having problems with transport. We have now advertised for someone else to do the job.

Unfortunately, he did not have the right skills and equipment to complete the work, although he wanted to help. I ended up paying almost full pay with no roof to be cleaned, half of the gutter not being changed. Unpleasant experience.
