Also the payment of one of the jobs is in dispute which has left me with having to pay it removal of garden waste. He had arranged this with a contractor he is now disputing it won't answere

He’s a rare form of builder as he turns up on time and works a full day although he like tea with two sugars to keep him going. Will be using him for other work I need doing.
