I had to replace 5 tiles after replacing shower and boiler. The work was a bit complicated as the wall was not concrete but plasterboard and therefore easy to break. Marcio dealt with the job with care and professionalism and has not broken any additional tiles. My bathroom looks like brand new again. His communication before and after appointment was excellent. The only things we do not have is the tools to do the job. We need the existing tiles carefully removed, any uneven walls skimmed and made good and the new tiles put on in 'brick' style format (as you would a wall). New tiles are 10cm x 20cm. The alcoves to the two windows in the bathroom are also tiled (one window big, one small).
