C2 Issues Need To Change Consumer Unit & Update EICR

EICR Report notes the following issues. C2 - No RCD protection for socket-outlets for internal use BS7671 C2 - All lighting circuits need additional RCD protection C2 - Cooker needs RCD protection C3 - Consumer unit does not comply with current BS7671 standards C3 - Basic insulation is visible outside fuse board C3 - Socket is not working in kitchen C3 - Water heater is not RCD protected In summary most of these will be solved by an updated consumer unit, and I will be needing either a new EICR or a "minor works report" to put with the original. See attached photos of the consumer unit and of the EICR report (highlighted issues in yellow).
