this firm is the most incompetdent i have come across.the job woz 2 take 4 taps off basin & bath & replce with new.i told the guy that the light in the bathroom was conected to an exactor fan & after 10 mins you get a burning smell so gave him a temporary light. he could not turn off the water to change the taps saing there was no service values & he would come back with sumone.he did not come back+there was service value on the pipes right at ground level. avoid like the plague.

We have a severe leak under the kitchen sink, apparently it is the actual tap but we cannot undo it to change the washer. Also would like a new whirlpool bath, sink and loo in the upstairs bathroom. It is a small room but have found a corner bath (1200mm) that will fit. Lastly would like a hot tap fitted to the outside wall outside the kitchen. If price is reasonable and there is enough left in the kitty we would like to change our shower cubicle and tray as well.

Plug on the pop-up waste and overflow has come off. Can't reach inside to screw it back in. Would like it to be 're-attached'. Space may be limited due to being located next to toilet.

It's our plan to have the bathroom replaced, but in the meantime, the pipework is in insanely awful condition. We have several leaks in the bathroom (mostly pipes to do with the loo) and have to kayak our way to the tub most days! Then the washer went on the cold tap on the sink, and neither of us can shift the blessed thing, so it's constantly running, which isn't going to make us popular in these times of drought. So immediate job: fix the tap and assess the pipework. Can the leaks be fixed? Do we need to replace all the pipework? Can this be done before a new bathroom is fitted? Or should we get the whole lot done together? Do you fit bathrooms too?

I arranged for a site visit. He confirmed and then turned up almost 30 minutes late. When I eventually found him, he was sitting on my front door step smoking. I gave him the chance to apologise, he didn’t. When I pointed out he hadn’t contacted me, he pointed to his bike and then made a load of ridiculous excuses. When I asked him to leave he became annoyed. Dreadful person, rude and unreliable.
